Vertiv and NVIDIA Unveil 7MW Power and Cooling Architecture for AI-Driven Data Centers

Vertiv has co-developed a complete power and cooling reference architecture for NVIDIA’s GB200 NVL72 platform, designed to support AI-driven data centers.

This 7MW architecture allows rapid deployment of NVIDIA’s liquid-cooled, high-performance AI platforms with up to 132kW per rack, providing efficient solutions for both retrofits and new builds.

Power and Cooling Architecture

The design includes Vertiv’s advanced power and cooling technologies, such as the Trinergy UPS and hybrid liquid-air cooling systems, and aims to improve deployment speed, energy efficiency, and scalability.

Vertiv and NVIDIA’s collaboration aims to accelerate AI data center infrastructure, transforming traditional setups into AI-capable “factories.”
