• Challenges in hiring Singaporeans for senior roles due to skill gaps and limited international exposure.
• Optimism regarding the preparedness of local graduates due to strengthened industry-academic collaboration.
• Persistent local hiring challenges in sales, marketing, and IT roles.
AmCham called for stronger business-government partnerships to address workforce challenges and ensure Singapore’s economic resilience and growth.
