ST Engineering, NTUC, and SkillsFuture Singapore have signed a partnership to upskill at least 1,000 workers across 40 precision engineering SMEs within ST Engineering Land Systems’ supplier network. This two-year initiative integrates NTUC’s Company Training Committee (CTC) program with the SkillsFuture Queen Bee initiative, covering up to 90% of training costs through SkillsFuture and co-funding 70% of transformation-related costs via NTUC’s CTC Grant. Starting with its land systems unit, ST Engineering aims to strengthen its supplier ecosystem with enhanced technology and engineering capabilities.
