Since its inception in August 2024, the venture has issued over 5 million policies across six countries, with offerings like gadget protection, product liability, and travel insurance. The partnership aims to enhance financial inclusion, sustainability, and accessibility through flexible payment options and AI-driven features. Expansion plans include broadening offerings across Alibaba’s ecosystem.
