SINGAPORE, Aug 12, 2026 — CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has named Hsieh Fu Hua as Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately. His appointment comes as CLI seeks to expand its global real asset management business.
Hsieh, 75, will also serve on the company’s Executive and Sustainability Committee, Executive Resource and Compensation Committee, and Nominating Committee.

CLI highlighted his extensive experience across financial markets, investment management, corporate governance, and organisational leadership as key assets for the group’s growth strategy.
He is co-founder and advisor to PrimePartners Group, chairman of GXS Bank, and a director on the GIC board. He also chairs the National University of Singapore and WWF Singapore. His past leadership roles include CEO of Singapore Exchange, president of Temasek Holdings, and chairman positions at United Overseas Bank, Tiger Airways, Asia Capital Reinsurance Group, and Eastspring Investments Group.
With his appointment, CLI’s board now comprises 12 directors, nine of whom are independent.
