KBH Metro Partner, a joint venture between ComfortDelGro and RATP Dev, has signed a contract with Metroselskabet to operate and maintain all four lines of the Copenhagen Metro. The deal is valued at DKK17 billion (about S$3.4 billion).
Operations From 2027
The 12-year contract begins when the current operator’s agreement expires on Sept 28, 2027, with an option to extend by a further three years. The driverless network spans 43km and 44 stations and runs around the clock. It is ComfortDelGro’s second rail operation in Scandinavia, after the Stockholm Metro.
